Each piece is made to order, with an estimated production time of 4-6 weeks, plus shipping.
Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Returns
Full-Priced Items:
Eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.
Sale Items:
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by law.
Conditions of Return:
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Jewelry are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to health restrictions.
Items purchased for rental or other commercial purposes are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit note.
Return Process: To initiate a return:
Contact us with your order details to receive a Return Authorization.
Ensure the item(s) meet the above return conditions.
Ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days of delivery, using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
